The Consultation Process at JoiN Frames

At JoiN Frames, the consultation process is designed to ensure that clients receive personalised guidance and support tailored to their specific needs. From the initial inquiry to the final collection, every step is carefully structured to facilitate clear communication and effective decision-making.

Booking the Consultation

As we don’t have a shop front and often work away from the workshop, due to this we use Calendly to manage our consultations and collections. This platform is accessible from our social media platforms and website. Our consultation take place in person in our workshop in Heeley, Sheffield. During this session, our consultation team delves deeper into the client's needs, discussing their ideas, expectations, and any relevant background information.

Accessibility

Our workshop is located on the first floor. Access is up three external steps and then up one flight of stairs. We also have a lift on the ground floor to assess upstairs. If you require assistance, we are always on hand to help. Alternatively, if you require a home visit we can also make this happen.
